From a young age, we become aware of our bodies and the way that others perceive us inside and out. The way we perceive that people perceive us can have a huge impact on our confidence and the way we engage with the world. Through therapy, I will assist you in ‘recallibrating’ a realistic view of yourself, dampen down the repetitive negative thoughts, aid you in realizing your strength, acknowledging your weaknesses and accepting the things about yourself that you cannot change so that you can feel good in your skin again.
