Find the time to recharge

In life, we are taught to work hard and push ourselves. No one teaches us about moderation and recharging. Life is a marathon, not a sprint. If we continue to sprint, we will ‘burn out’ in at least one area of our lives (work/ health/ relationships). I encourage fulfilled moderate living, mindfulness and learning how to take time to recharge and reframe the way we operate in life.
